Han, Jenny. The Complete Summer I Turned Pretty Trilogy. Simon & Schuster BFYR, 2010. I chose this genre because in the book Susannah gives Belly an envelope. In the envelope is an invitation to the Debutante Ball. Whenever I read the book I wanted to know what the invitation looked like, so I made one that I thought it would look like. On the invitation I wrote "When girls become Ladies" because in the book they talk about how Debutante Balls used to be where women sell themselves off, but now it shows girl becoming ladies. This is also a major point in the book because Belly is in love with both of the Fisher brothers. Belly finally realizes which brother she truly loves. It was Conrad. The brother she has loved since she was 8 years old. Jeremiah is also finding about that he loves Belly and his older brother shouldn't have her because she acts like he doesn't care about Belly.
